Start with the sentence you are tired of saying.

“We re-key that by hand.” “The data is a day old.” “That system has no API.” Write yours below. It reaches Sandeep and Vikash, the two people who would do the work, and one of them answers in writing within one working day.

The more specific, the shorter the call

No mailing list, no sequence, no chatbot — just a reply. What we do with it.

What comes back.

  1. What we think is actually going wrong, in three lines. It is not always the thing you described — a manual step is often a symptom of a permission model nobody has touched since go-live.
  2. Which shape this is: a project with an ending, a retainer, one of our four products, or nothing at all. We have talked people out of building things.
  3. The two or three things we still need to know before anyone could scope it honestly — usually who owns the system on the other side, and whether it will give us an API.
  4. Three times we could talk, half an hour each. If none of them work, say so and we will send three more.

Who writes itOne of the two people whose names are on the work. There is no account manager to hand you to.

What it never containsA proposal you did not ask for, a deck, or a price written before we understand the work.

If we cannot helpWe say so in the same reply, and name someone who can. We would rather lose the work than scope something we cannot land.

What we will ask on the call.

Five questions · bring the answers and half an hour is enough

If a form is the wrong shape for this, write to sales@cloudalgo.com or call +91 6377 360659 — both reach the same two people. Not ready to talk? Read the five case studies instead.
